On the two inside pages, every
SV registration certificate comes with a four generation pedigree (Ahnentafel, shown here reduced, real size is 11x16")
of the dog (the AKC charges
extra for a certified 3 generation pedigree). Besides the names, registration
numbers and titles of all ancestors, the SV pedigree for the first two
generations, the Parents (Eltern) and Grand parents
(Großeltern): indicates if the dog is breed surveyed with an * before the name and either the years the dog was
breed surveyed for, or breed surveyed "Lebenszeit"
(for life). It also indicates the
"a" stamp (hip certificate), show rating, color
(in abbreviated form, see tables below), and the breed survey report, plus
all the litter mates (Geschwister) with their colors and markings, titles and show ratings behind their
names (individual litter mates are separated by a / ). |

The "Stempel HD Tierarzt" (veterinarian’s tattoo certificate) in
the lower right corner (above) is the space provided for hip dysplasia entries. If there is an entry, the dog has been
x-rayed and its tattoo number and date must be shown here, along with the
veterinarians name, clinic, address, and signature.
An entry under "HD
Befund" (radiograph diagnosis) indicates
the type of "a" stamp received by the dog described on the front
page.
